Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the utarts.in website (the "Service") operated by UT Arts ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Services
UT Arts provides creative digital services including Website Development, Visual Design, and Brand Strategy. All services are subject to a separate client agreement or contract.
2. Payments, Revisions, and Refunds
Payment Policy: For all services, a **50% non-refundable deposit** is required to schedule the project and begin work. The final 50% balance is due upon project completion, before the final website launch or delivery of high-resolution files.
Refund Policy: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our services, **all deposits are non-refundable** once work has commenced. All sales are final.
Revisions Policy: For Website and Visual Design projects, **two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions** are included in the quoted price. Additional rounds of revisions will be considered out-of-scope and will be billed at an additional hourly rate, to be agreed upon with the client.
3. Website Hosting & Domain Policy
For website packages that include "1 Year Free Domain" or "1 Year Free Basic Hosting," this complimentary period begins on the date of project commencement. After the 12-month period, the client is solely responsible for all future domain renewal and hosting fees at the standard rate.
If the client chooses not to renew these services, UT Arts will provide the client with a complete archive of the website's project files. UT Arts is not responsible for any website downtime, data loss, or other issues arising from the client's failure to renew hosting or domain services.
4. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights
Client-Provided Content: You (the client) represent and warrant that you own all rights to any content (e.g., text, logos, reference materials) provided to us for the project.
Project Ownership: Upon final payment, the client is granted full ownership of the final, delivered project files (e.g., the website source code, final design exports).
Portfolio Rights: We (UT Arts) retain the right to showcase all completed projects in our portfolio (on utarts.in), on social media (such as our company LinkedIn page), and for other promotional purposes, unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall UT Arts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our Service or any services provided.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **Delhi, India**.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
